We source our products directly from small-batch producers across the Mediterranean region, including Greece, Italy, Spain, and the Middle East, ensuring authentic quality and sustainable practices.
How do you handle shipping for fragile items like glass jars?
We use eco-friendly, reinforced packaging specifically designed to protect glass and liquids. If any item arrives damaged, simply contact our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring the flavors of the Mediterranean to more countries soon.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
