Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are unopened and in their original packaging; please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened pantry goods.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
